With our rosters now set, the road to our first PLE can begin. And we still have a number of issues and championships to be decided and figured out… So ahead of my own go at WWE’s trip to Puerto Rico, lets see how we get there shall we!

Cody Rhodes defeated Shinsuke Nakamura – after the match, we see on the titantron that Bray Wyatt and Uncle Howdy have attacked Randy Orton backstage, after they cut a promo on Cody before vanishing before Rhodes can get back to them
Rhea Ripley is backstage, she sees Tiffany Stratton and the two go back and forth…
Women’s World Championship Qualifier: Gigi Dolin defeated Michin & Indi Hartwell in a triple threat match
Gunther comes out for an in-ring promo, Jey Uso comes out after and they go back and forth… Gunther lays out a challenge for Jey right now…
Jey Uso defeated Ludwig Kaiser (with Gunther & Giovanni Vinci) – DIY come out mid-match to stop Imperium interfering
Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins backstage interview (on Roman Reigns)
LA Knight comes out for an in-ring promo, Damian Priest eventually comes out, they go back and forth… leading to a US Title match RIGHT NOW!
United States Championship: LA Knight (C) defeated Damian Priest to retain – BAD BUNNY comes out to stop Priest from cheating during a ref bump spot!

Katana Chance & Kayden Carter defeated Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark
Gigi Dolin backstage interview, Tiffany Stratton comes into shot, then Rhea Ripley, they go back and forth, before Charlotte, Candice and Indi, and then Bayley all come in, and a huge brawl ensues!
Drew McIntyre defeated Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins in a Backstage Brawl

Intercontinental Championship ladder match qualifier:
Bianca Belair backstage interview (she’s unhappy about what has happened between Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins, speaks on facing Asuka at Backlash, and the main event match tonight). Zelina Vega then enters and they smile at one another.
WWE Tag Team Championship match qualifying match:
Carmelo Hayes backstage interview … Jimmy Uso (with Solo Sikoa) enter, tense back and forth
Finn Balor and AJ Styles video package
This happens as Kevin Owens comes out to attack Finn Balor, distracting Styles enough for Bate to hit his finish and get the win!
Intercontinental Championship ladder match qualifier:
John Cena is attacked by Dijak backstage. He runs off before Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams can make the save.
The LWO give Zelina Vega a ‘pep talk’…
Asuka runs out after, and ‘mists’ Zelina Vega! Asuka, Dakota and Iyo then attack Belair and the three stand tall to close the show.

Damian Priest comes out to the ring, and he calls out Bad Bunny! They go back and forth before Shinsuke Nakamura attacks Bad Bunny, LA Knight runs out to make the save.

She thanks Zelina Vega for the win last week, but is fuming with the actions of Asuka and ‘Damage CTRL’… She speaks about facing Asuka at Backlash… before Asuka, Dakota and Iyo come out and surround the ring… but before they can attack, Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch run out to even the odds!
WWE Championship match qualifier: Dijak defeated R-Truth (with The Miz) – after Dijak cuts a promo about the match at Backlash, saying it doesn’t matter who else is in the match, that HE will end it as WWE Champion!

Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn defeated Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez – after Fyre and Dawn do the ‘belts’ sign

Katana Chance & Kayden Carter vs Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark – ends when Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn run out to attack Chance and Carter
Bray Wyatt and Uncle Howdy video package. They challenge Orton and Cody to a tag match at Backlash

Gigi Dolin defeated Bayley – Rhea Ripley and Tiffany Stratton on commentary, after the match: Dolin, Ripley and Stratton cut promos on one another and eventually a huge brawl ensues. As a result the women’s title match at Backlash is made a CAGE MATCH!
Grayson Waller and Austin Theory run into the new World Tag Team Champions ‘DIY’ backstage, they then have a brief, but tense back and forth talk…
After a great match, it is Rollins who gets his revenge and gets a big win in the process!
Damian Priest – Bad Bunny in-ring segment (contract signing) – the segment ends with Bad Bunny getting the upper hand!

Tyler Bate is attacked backstage by Finn Balor and AJ Styles, before Kevin Owens can make the save they both flee…
WWE Tag team Championship:
Kevin Owens is interviewed backstage, he reveals that Tyler Bate hasn’t been cleared to compete, but he has also been told there has been a replacement picked to face AJ Styles. He then smirks and also says that Finn Balor has been banned from ringside for the match, and that if he does interfere, he is BANNED from the WWE Championship match at Backlash!…
So out comes Styles…

After a great match, it is the former 16-time world champion that will get a shot at number 17!!!
