Immediately after my first PLE with Backlash, it’s right into the build for our second… and just like the irl… WE ARE GOING TO LONDON! So… lets see how we get there, here’s my build from Raw and SmackDown for my Money In The Bank PLE!
JUNE WEEK 1
RAW
Bray Wyatt enters the ring with Uncle Howdy, Randy Orton follows, and eventually Randy and Bray agree that tonight, they will go one on one… No Uncle Howdy, No Cody Rhodes, EXTREME RULES MATCH!
MITB Qualifier:
Gunther is backstage (with Vinci and Kaiser) for an interview, He’s unhappy that Kaiser and Vinci didn’t win the tag titles, and he then goes to the ring along for an in-ring promo. Eventually he’s confronted by Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins, they go back and forth and set up a title match for MITB.
MITB Qualifier:
Cody Rhodes is backstage with Randy Orton, he asks if he is sure about the match with Bray tonight? Orton says that tonight, Cody has to worry about qualifying for MITB, and he will take care of Bray Wyatt!
Tiffany Stratton comes out for an in-ring promo, Charlotte Flair follows and they go back and forth. Stratton slaps Charlotte and then flees…
(DIY are seen watching the match backstage)
Jey Uso comes out to the ring. But soon enough ROMAN REIGNS and Paul Heyman come out too, they stare down, Roman demands that everyone “ACKOWLEDGE ME” and then he leaves…
MITB Qualifier:
MITB Qualifier: Candice LeRae (with Indi Hartwell) defeated Shayna Baszler (with Zoey Stark)
Drew McIntyre attacks Tyler Breeze backstage. He then takes part in an ANGRY backstage interview, venting his frustrations at his loss to Seth Rollins.
(BRAUN STROWMAN interferes, helps Bray by attacking Orton, leading to the finish). Bray, Braun and Uncle Howdy pose together to close the show.
SMACKDOWN
Bianca Belair comes out for an in-ring promo. Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky come out and they go back and forth, Liv Morgan comes out to even the odds, and they set up the main event…
Latino World Order vs The Brawling Brutes ended with a huge brawl…

Becky Lynch backstage… she goes eye to eye with Bianca and Liv, and they have a friendly back and forth

(Kevin Owens comes out to help Trick stop Jimmy from interfering, Solo is distracted by this which leads to the finish)

Ricochet backstage interview, Angelo Dawkins approaches him, they have a bad-tempered back and forth, Lashley and Montez Ford approach and ask Dawkins if he has a problem? Dawkins tells Lashley ‘No’… before staring off with Ford, and then telling Ricochet that he will see him next week…
John Cena comes out for an in-ring promo… and then CM PUNK interrupts! They stare-down, with no words said, and the show closes with the face off and ‘Cult of Personality’ playing…

Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins backstage interview
Bray Wyatt/Uncle Howdy/Braun Strowman video package (ends with Braun saying “RUN!”)
(Theory & Waller come out after, they go back and forth in a promo, and Theory slaps Gargano him and Waller retreat)
Cora Jade backstage, she goes eye-to-eye with Tiffany Stratton, Charlotte Flair comes into shot and there is a tense back and forth between the three…
MITB Qualifier:
LA Knight backstage interview
LA Knight vs Wes Lee ends when Karrion Kross attacks both men, before Sami Zayn comes out and we get a big brawl!
Cody Rhodes comes out for an in-ring promo, Jey Uso then follows and they go back and forth, Paul Heyman is out after and he reveals that Roman Reigns will be on Raw next week with a proposal for Jey, and he will… see Cody soon…
SMACKDOWN
CM Punk comes out to the ring, he cuts an in-ring promo, before John Cena comes out and they go back and forth, setting up a WWE title match for MITB
(Bronson Reed seen watching on backstage)
Liv Morgan backstage interview… Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky enter and they go back and forth, Bianca Belair comes in and Dakota and Iyo leave, and icy glares are exchanged…
MITB Qualifier:
(Solo comes out to attack Owens, but Hayes and Trick stop him)
AJ Styles is seen having watched the last match backstage, Finn Balor enters and they go back and forth with mutual respect, but competitiveness…
(The Creeds cut an in-ring promo after, The Brawling Brutes come out to confront them, but soon follow the LWO, which makes The Brawling Brutes retreat, as the LWO and The Creeds go face to face…)
MITB Qualifier:
(both Becky Lynch and Asuka are shown watching the match backstage)
Shotzi is seen backstage looking down, Tegan Nox tries to comfort her, until Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn come in and laugh at them both…

WWE Women’s Championship: Liv Morgan vs Bianca Belair (C) – ends when Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky attack both, and stand tall to close SmackDown
JUNE WEEK 3
RAW
Roman Reigns (with Paul Heyman) come out for an in-ring promo, Jey Uso is out after, they go back and forth and the match for MITB is made (a qualifier with the winner getting into the Men’s MITB)
World Tag Team Championship:
Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins backstage interview, he is asked about the main event this evening, as well as his match tonight, ‘The OC’ then enter the shot, and they all get along well…
Gigi, Candice and Indi are all backstage, Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler come in and they go back and forth, they discuss the women’s tag titles, with a match being made to crown Raw’s contenders next week with Zoey and Shayna vs Kaden and Katana vs Gigi & Indi!
Bray Wyatt (with Uncle Howdy and Braun Strowman) is in a video package, he says ‘tonight is when our dominance begins’…

Cody Rhodes vs Damian Priest – ends when Roman Reigns comes out and attacks Cody, Jey Uso runs out for the save, BRAUN STROWMAN comes out and attacks everyone, Roman Reigns retreats as havoc ensues!

(AJ Styles takes a cheap shot and run off attack on KO after the match)
